At Caledonia Beauty Studio, education, growth and professional development have always been at the heart of what we do.
Now entering our fifth year of business, Britt has successfully trained and mentored multiple emerging therapists and trainees, many of whom have gone on to build confident and successful careers within the beauty and skin industry. One of the original passions behind opening Caledonia was to create a space where education, guidance and high standards could genuinely thrive — something we still deeply value today.
We welcome interest from individuals of all experience levels and career stages. Whether you are newly entering the industry, currently studying, returning to beauty, or already experienced within skin and aesthetics, we value people who possess a strong eye for detail, professionalism, warmth, cleanliness, pride in presentation and a genuine passion for working with people.
We believe exceptional therapists are built through attitude, integrity, consistency and willingness to learn.
Historically, our most successful applicants have introduced themselves in person by dropping their resume into the studio, followed by a professional email afterwards. While we do review emailed applications, we value initiative, confidence and genuine connection.
