Appointment Requests

We always do our very best to accommodate client requests wherever possible, including preferred therapists, appointment times and service preferences.

However, to ensure the smooth operation of the studio, treatment timing, therapist availability and overall team balance, Caledonia Beauty Studio reserves the right to adjust or reallocate appointments where required.

For more generalised services such as waxing, tinting, brows or basic facials, last-minute therapist changes may occasionally occur without prior notice where deemed necessary for operational efficiency. Please be assured that all team members are trained to Caledonia treatment standards and protocols.

For more advanced, specialised or ongoing treatment programs, we will always endeavour to communicate any significant appointment changes wherever possible.
