Double Discounting / Combining Offers Policy
Our studio offers specials and promotional savings from time to time as a way to thank our clients and make selected treatments or retail items more accessible.
To keep our offers fair, transparent and sustainable, promotions, discounted vouchers, package pricing, special offers, loyalty rewards and discounted retail purchases cannot be combined unless clearly stated otherwise.
Simply put, one offer may be used per transaction.
This means discounted vouchers or promotional credits cannot be used toward already-discounted treatment bundles, in-house packages, retail specials, sale items, or any other active promotion.
All promotional terms will be clearly communicated at the time of offer. In line with Australian Consumer Law, our promotions are intended to be honest, accurate and easy to understand. This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your rights if a product or service does not meet the required consumer guarantees.
