BRITT BRAND

Britt is the Founder and Director of Caledonia Beauty Studio — a boutique skin and beauty clinic proudly built from the ground up through passion, persistence and a genuine love for people.
From the moment she first stepped into a salon at just fifteen years old, Britt knew the beauty industry was where she belonged. What began as helping answer phones and assisting within a salon environment quickly grew into a lifelong passion for skin health, beauty, education, client connection and business leadership.
Over the past four years, Britt has transformed Caledonia from a one-woman studio into a thriving multi-therapist clinic recognised for its high standards, results-focused treatments and strong sense of culture and community. Alongside leading and mentoring her team, Britt has developed a particular passion for advanced skin treatments, consultations, treatment planning and creating personalised long-term skin journeys for her clients.
Her dedication to ongoing education and industry excellence has also led to her becoming a Dermalogica Australia Ambassador — something she is incredibly proud of as both a therapist and business owner. Britt is also currently undertaking an Associate Degree in Dermal Science as she continues expanding her knowledge and progressing toward becoming a qualified Dermal Therapist.
Beyond the treatment room, Britt is deeply passionate about mentorship and helping guide the next generation of therapists entering the beauty and aesthetic industry. Education, standards, professionalism and team culture remain at the core of everything she has built within the Caledonia space.
Outside of the clinic, Britt is heavily involved within the Margaret River community. She is passionate about supporting local initiatives, fundraising events and charitable organisations including River Angels, whilst also dedicating much of her personal time to Football Margaret River. Over the past four years, she has coached within the junior league and proudly contributes to the club committee as Sponsorship Coordinator.
Alongside business ownership, community involvement and mentoring her growing team, Britt is also a mother of two and a FIFO wife — roles she considers amongst her greatest achievements.
ANNA
SENIOR SKIN &
BEAUTY THERAPIST
Anna is Caledonia’s Senior Therapist and Second-in-Charge, holding her Diploma in Beauty Therapy alongside extensive experience within both luxury spa and professional salon environments.
Known for her calm nature, exceptional client care and intuitive treatment approach, Anna has a remarkable ability to create deeply relaxing experiences whilst still delivering professional, results-focused treatments. Her facial treatments are especially loved for their nurturing touch, attention to detail and ability to help clients genuinely slow down, unwind and reconnect with themselves.
With a strong passion for skincare and skin health, Anna specialises in treatments designed to support healthy, radiant skin whilst ensuring every client feels comfortable, confident and exceptionally well cared for throughout their experience.
Alongside helping oversee the day-to-day flow of Caledonia as Britt’s 2IC, Anna continues expanding her knowledge and interest within advanced skin and dermal science, with long-term goals of further developing within the clinical skin industry.
Born and raised in the Margaret River region, Anna loves spending her time outside of the studio exploring the coastline, travelling locally and discovering new food and wine experiences throughout the South West.
BRYDEE
JUNIOR THERAPIST

Brydee is a passionate emerging Beauty Therapist currently completing her studies whilst continuing to build hands-on experience within the salon environment. Having loved all things beauty from a young age, her early interest naturally evolved into formal training, allowing her to develop both confidence and practical industry experience through TAFE and in-studio education.
Brydee has shown strong personal growth throughout her journey at Caledonia and is recognised for her dedication, professionalism, willingness to learn and genuine care for clients. Her commitment to improving her skills and understanding of the industry is exceptionally strong, and she approaches each service with attentiveness, warmth and pride in her work.
Whilst Brydee enjoys all areas of beauty therapy, she has developed a growing passion for skincare and facial treatments, with long-term goals of completing her diploma and continuing to expand her knowledge within advanced skin health.
She is especially passionate about helping clients feel comfortable, cared for and confident, whilst creating a welcoming experience for every person who visits the studio.
KIKI
JUNIOR THERAPIST

Kiki is an exceptionally driven emerging Beauty Therapist currently completing her Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy whilst continuing to build extensive hands-on salon experience.
Growing up in Byron Bay within a family-owned five-star wellness retreat environment, Kiki developed a natural passion for beauty, wellness and elevated client care from an early age.
Her maturity, professionalism and commitment to the industry continue to impress both in-house and external educators alike.With over a year and a half of practical industry experience already behind her, Kiki is recognised for her strong work ethic, attention to detail and genuine passion for learning.
She consistently pushes herself to grow, embraces education and shows a deep interest in beauty, skin science and treatment outcomes — with her studies currently progressing well ahead of schedule.Whilst Kiki enjoys all areas of beauty therapy, she has developed a particular love for lash lifts, brows and refined detail work, creating polished, tailored results that enhance each client’s natural features.
She takes enormous pride in ensuring every client feels comfortable, cared for and confident throughout their experience.Kiki is a highly valued part of the Caledonia team, and we are incredibly proud to support her as she continues building what we believe will be an outstanding long-term career within the beauty industry.
TAYLAH
SENIOR THERAPIST
Taylah brings a wealth of experience from the lash industry, exceling in lash lifts and brows. Joining Caledonia Beauty Studio to deepen her knowledge of beauty therapy, she is now focused on skin treatments.
Outside of work, Taylah cares for her young daughter and is excited to build a future in Margaret River with her partner.
Taylah's strong work ethic and resilience shine through in everything she does, making her a valuable member that we are proud to have as part of the Caledonia team.
Taylah is currently on maternity leave enjoying this special chapter with baby Sonny James, welcomed in Autumn 2026.
As such a valued and important part of the Caledonia journey and success story, Taylah remains very much a part of the Caledonia family whilst embracing the biggest and most rewarding role of her life — motherhood.
At this stage, Taylah has no immediate plans to return to the studio, and we fully support her in taking this time to enjoy family life and motherhood at her own pace. We know many of our clients hold Taylah close to their hearts, and we look forward to supporting her whenever and however the time feels right for her in the future.
