These guidelines have been thoughtfully implemented to help maintain a safe, professional, welcoming and results-focused environment for our clients, team and wider studio community. Your understanding, cooperation and trust in adhering to these policies during each visit are genuinely appreciated.

Cancellations, Reschedules & Appointment Deposits
To secure your appointment, Caledonia Beauty Studio requires a booking deposit at the time of reservation. By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy.
We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Notice must be provided directly to the studio via phone or SMS on 0403 547 283 during business hours.
Appointments cancelled, rescheduled or altered with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the 50% booking deposit, which will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled treatment cost.
As an appointment-based business, late cancellations and missed appointments significantly impact our therapists, studio operations and the ability to accommodate other clients seeking bookings. This policy allows us to protect the time of our team and maintain fairness for all clients.
