IN-STUDIO POLICIES

We sincerely thank you for choosing Caledonia Beauty Studio and extend our utmost respect as we share the following studio policies and procedures.

These guidelines have been thoughtfully implemented to help maintain a safe, professional, welcoming and results-focused environment for our clients, team and wider studio community. Your understanding, cooperation and trust in adhering to these policies during each visit are genuinely appreciated.

Should you have any questions, require clarification, or feel uncertain about any aspect of our policies, we warmly encourage you to contact our team at any time. We are always happy to assist and guide you where needed.

Retail & Skincare Returns Policy

At Caledonia Beauty Studio, we want every skincare purchase to feel considered, supported and safe. Our retail recommendations are made with care, education and your individual skin goals in mind.

All retail purchases are supported by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. This means products must be of acceptable quality, match their description, be safe, and be fit for the purpose discussed at the time of purchase. If a product has a major fault, is unsafe, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and cosmeceutical products, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or products that have been opened, used, or stored incorrectly. Australian Consumer Law does not require businesses to provide a refund simply because a client changes their mind, finds the item cheaper elsewhere, or decides they no longer want the product.

However, your trust matters to us. If you are unsure about how to use a product, feel your skin has responded unexpectedly, or believe an item may be faulty, please contact us promptly so we can assess the concern with care. We may ask for details about how the product was used, when it was purchased, and whether any other products, treatments, medications or skin changes may be involved.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or does not meet its consumer guarantees, we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement, refund or other suitable solution depending on the issue.

We recommend keeping your receipt or proof of purchase and contacting us as soon as possible with any concerns. Our priority is to ensure you feel educated, supported and confident in your skincare journey.
