Results & Expectation Policy
At Caledonia Beauty Studio, achieving the best possible result for your skin, brows, lashes or treatment journey is always our focus. Every appointment is performed with care, professionalism and attention to detail.
However, individual results can vary. Skin, hair and treatment outcomes may be influenced by factors outside of the studio’s control, including hormones, medications, medical conditions, lifestyle, homecare, skin preparation, aftercare, sun exposure, product use, age, healing response and individual skin biology.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee an identical outcome for every client, even when the same treatment, product or protocol is used.
In line with Australian Consumer Law, services must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for purpose, and match the description provided at the time of booking or consultation. This policy does not limit your consumer rights if a service has not met those guarantees.
To help us achieve the best possible outcome, we ask that all clients provide honest and complete information during consultation, including medications, pregnancy, health changes, recent treatments, allergies, active skincare, sun exposure and any relevant lifestyle factors.
If you are unhappy with your result or feel something has not responded as expected, please contact the studio promptly. We will review your concern with care, assess any contributing factors, and guide you on the most appropriate next steps.
