These guidelines have been thoughtfully implemented to help maintain a safe, professional, welcoming and results-focused environment for our clients, team and wider studio community. Your understanding, cooperation and trust in adhering to these policies during each visit are genuinely appreciated.

Gift Cards & Gift Voucher Policy
Gift cards and vouchers purchased through Caledonia Beauty Studio are a thoughtful way to share treatments, skincare and self-care experiences with loved ones.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, most gift cards supplied after 1 November 2019 must carry a minimum expiry period of three years from the date of purchase unless specific legal exemptions apply. Caledonia Beauty Studio honours a 3-year validity period on all standard gift cards and vouchers issued through our booking system.
All gift cards and vouchers are issued and managed electronically through Phorest Salon Software and must be presented at the time of redemption.
We highly recommend that the purchaser and/or recipient take a clear photo or screenshot of the gift card, voucher number or confirmation email immediately after purchase and store it safely as a backup record for future use. As gift cards operate via unique code identification, this assists us in locating and verifying voucher balances where possible.
Gift cards and vouchers:

are redeemable for treatments and retail purchases unless otherwise specified

are not redeemable for cash

cannot be exchanged for monetary value or transferred for resale

may not be used in conjunction with selected promotional offers, discounted packages or special campaigns unless explicitly stated
Caledonia Beauty Studio is not responsible for lost, deleted or inaccessible gift vouchers where insufficient purchase information or proof of ownership is available. However, we will always do our best to assist in locating voucher records where possible through our system.
Promotional, complimentary, discounted or bonus vouchers may carry alternative expiry periods or conditions where legally permitted under Australian Consumer Law. Any specific promotional terms will be communicated at the time of issue.
Under Australian Consumer Law, gift cards must clearly disclose applicable terms, expiry periods and conditions of use. Our policies are designed to remain fair, transparent and compliant whilst protecting the operational integrity of our studio.
