We extend our utmost respect as we share the in-house rules and regulations crucial for a safe and successful business environment. CHILDREN IN-STUDIO

Your wellbeing whilst in our studio is paramount! Our space is small and intimate, and we pride ourselves on providing a safe, warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can unwind, relax, and enjoy time for yourself. With these considerations in mind, we are unable to accommodate children under 12 years during appointments. We respectfully ask that you make alternate arrangements for your children and attend your appointment on your own, so that you too can enjoy uninterrupted time in-studio.

This policy is for the safety of both our clients and our team and ensures that every client is afforded a safe and tranquil space during their appointment. Your consideration and understanding are greatly appreciated.

DOUBLE DISCOUNTING

Our specials are infrequent, but when they arise, our goal is to provide cost savings, enabling you to indulge in the treatments you desire without financial concerns. However, to maintain the financial well-being of our studio, we have certain baseline restrictions. Please note that discounted vouchers cannot be used for in-house package bundles, specials, or discounted retail purchases. Simply put, one offer is not valid when used in conjunction with another.

REQUESTS

Clients requests are always respected where possible, but the salon reserves the right to adjust appointments as needed for efficiency and team balance.

CANCELLATIONS

I acknowledge my agreement to pay a deposit fee to Caledonia Beauty Studio upon booking. For cancellations or reschedules, I commit to providing at least 24 hours’ notice via the studio’s mobile phone (0403 547 283). Failure to contact the studio via mobile within 24 hours of the appointment will result in Caledonia Beauty Studio retaining the 50% deposit as a cancellation fee. I also understand that no-shows will incur in paying 100% of full service treatment. I accept this measure because of the impact it has on the studio, its operations, and other clients.

RESULTS - THEY CAN VARY.

Achieving the best results is our focus, striving for excellence at each visit. Despite dedicating significant energy and time for optimal service outcomes, external factors beyond our control can impact expectations. Whether it's hormones, inadequate preparation, medications, unforeseen influences, or more, these can change to a not so desired result. We seek your utmost cooperation to address any issues, emphasizing honest communication in all treatment consultations. Your teamwork is crucial, and with your assistance, we are committed to resolving any concerns to ensure your satisfaction.
