VISITING MUNCHKINS
We adore having children in our salon, and many of our staff, including the owner, have their own little ones. However, managing children during other clients' relaxation time poses challenges. If you plan to bring your kids, kindly message ahead to ensure no facials or other relaxing treatments are in progress. In the event a therapist must halt a session due to unruly children, creating an unsafe work environment, the full session amount is required. Your understanding is appreciated.
DOUBLE DISCOUNTING
Our specials are infrequent, but when they arise, our goal is to provide cost savings, enabling you to indulge in the treatments you desire without financial concerns. However, to maintain the financial well-being of our studio, we have certain baseline restrictions. Please note that discounted vouchers cannot be used for in-house package bundles, specials, or discounted retail purchases. Simply put, one offer is not valid when used in conjunction with another.
ONE STRIKE RULE
I acknowledge my agreement to pay a deposit fee to Caledonia Beauty Studio upon booking. For cancellations or reschedules, I commit to providing a 24-hour notice via the studio's mobile (0403 547 283). Failure to contact the studio via mobile only within 24 hours of the appointment will lead to Caledonia Beauty Studio withholding the 50% deposit as a fee. I accept this measure, recognizing that last-minute cancellations impact other clients.

Whether it's hormones, inadequate preparation, medications, unforeseen influences, or more, these can change to a not so desired result.
